My car recently had the door handle break off and even though I spent a lot on the coverage they recommended they considered this "cosmetic and normal wear and tear" I've had the car less than a year. It took dozens of calls to hear back from anyone and after finally getting hold of a Mr. Rivers he let me know it was cosmetic and not covered.
