2025 Kona Sport is a great SUV, but the Woodstock Hyundai Management team decided to add a few unwanted and unasked for options to the car PRIOR to making the deal. 3M Stone guard at $600, Electronic Corros Management team decided to add a few unwanted and unasked for options to the car PRIOR to making the deal. 3M Stone guard at $600, Electronic Corrosion Module at $2500, (get one on Amazon for $200), and Mud flaps for $225. They will also pressure you into extended warranties and something called total loss protection insurance for a mere $3000. Buyer Beware !!! Read the fine print on the purchase agreement, if given the chance. Better yet, bring your lawyer and mechanic along.............. More
I had a big issue with my Kona that I had purchased from woodstock Hyundia. . The lady at the desk was very helpful. They gave me a very nice vehicle to drive while my car was being repaired. My car recently had the door handle break off and even though I spent a lot on the coverage they recommended they considered this "cosmetic and normal wear and tear" I've had the car less than a year. It took dozens of calls to hear back from anyone and after finally getting hold of a Mr. Rivers he let me know it was cosmetic and not covered. I had some other questions that I emailed to him and he never replied. TERRIBLE customer service. More
