Requested service issue - ignored and lied about. had a booked appointment to have 5 issues looked at - some were under warranty - engine light, grinding in front wheel, doors locks, power windows and had a booked appointment to have 5 issues looked at - some were under warranty - engine light, grinding in front wheel, doors locks, power windows and a leak for under the truck. Vehicle had to be sublet to have some of the work done. Vehicle was originally to be in shop 2 working days, which extended to 5 working days. On 3 occasions I asked about the leak - 'oops, we didn't get to that; then yes we will look at it; then 'I will go right out and get the guys to check it". Picked up vehicle, made arrangement to come back to have door locks and power window done, as this wasn't completed in the 5 days. Assuming all the major items, including the leak had been looked after - drove out of town - 5 hours. Discovered leak was still there - called - "oops they forgot to look at it". Had to have vehicle towed - leak was transmission fluid!!. Then the service manager lied on the service invoice - saying I agreed to bring vehicle back for the leak!!!! - a total lie, the agreement to wait was for the door locks and window! I took vehicle in for service, to make sure vehicle was in perfect working order - as I was driving out of town, with a 32 foot trailer! - why would I agree to wait on a LEAK in the engine?? and to add insult, when I discussed the issue - that they did not fix the leak or even look at it - the service lady was absolutely ignorant !!! More

The service manger reviewed my case and the next day I was on the road when a replacement part was delivered. Thanks folks!! More
Apparently I didn't make an appointment!! Just moved to Woodstock, was at the dealership for other reasons, realized that I have outstanding recalls thought since I had such a hard time with t Just moved to Woodstock, was at the dealership for other reasons, realized that I have outstanding recalls thought since I had such a hard time with the Dodge in our old city this one might be different. Went up to the service desk, booked an appointment and he even changed the address with Dodge for me. I explained the hassles I've had with another Dodge dealer and how I've been trying to get these done since they came out so He double checked they had the parts. Told me they did and things were set. I booked the day off work because I work out of town, and the day before I called to see if they could also check another issue while my truck was in for the recalls. A women answered told me I did not have an appointment, and they were booked solid! I told her what day I was in and booked the appointment, who I spoke to and all she could say was would you like to book an actual appointment. Completely 100% their screw up and no trying to accommodate. So now I have lost a days wage and my recalls that are 3+ years old (as stated before issues with a different Dodge dealer) are still not done!!! I loath Dodge! More

Rude Service and General Manager Service and General manager were extremely rude to me. Dismissed my engine light on and told me to go to another dealer. Wow! refused to admit fault to my 81 yr old mom Did not return the locking key nut for my mom's tire on last visit and would not admit! Told me I had to order a new one or she was out of luck. Puchased a used vehicle from this dealership 3 weeks ago. At the time of signing the papers, we mentioned the paint bubbling and peeling. Come to find out that the vehicle was repainted, and Sheri Van Raalte said she would take care of it. We did not wish to sign the papers, but she promised that she would, and then started talking about her husband who has colon cancer and was in hospital. This played on our heart strings, and we took her word for it. Since that time, they refuse to address the issue. Pat Murphy the dealer principal will not return our calls. They will not address the issue. Subsequently, have contacted Chrysler Canada and have filed several complaints. This dealership does not care about its customers. As soon as they have your money, they will sweep you under the carpet and not live up to their end of the deal. Buyer beware. Make sure it is done before you sign anything with this dealership. More
