The consultant was very helpful to us in every step of the process. He also had offered to give us a loaner vehicle since my friend had taken over our old car and we had nothing to use while waiting for the possession of the new vehicle. He also had explained all the uses of the buttons and switches of the car on the day I pick it up and that helps greatly.
