They are unprofessional, they are liars and they will not deliver half of what they promise you. We have bought a brand new car from them, which is supposed to be a pleasant experience, but they managed to turn it into a nightmare. No integrity and cheated us out of $800 for rustproofing that did not cover undercoating and they did not register the warranty with First Canadian. They told us that it covered all the vehicle including u that did not cover undercoating and they did not register the warranty with First Canadian. They told us that it covered all the vehicle including undercoating and that we would receive the warranty from First Canadian by mail. 7 months later I learned from First Canadian that we were not covered and that Woodland was supposed to provide everything when we bought the car. Once caught they provide a useless basic warranty that does not cover undercoating? And where they signed for the warranty it clearly stated that it had to be provided to the customer upon purchase and that we had to sign. Basically, they sprayed a bit under the doors and in a few places that a $10 can of Rust Check could cover. More

I arrived, left my car, and was called 15 minutes later telling me they have no part for the recall that THEY initiated. I wasted a morning, and I was given lame excuses. The manager hid cowardly behind his receptionist, yelling out commands to her instead of meeting me and taking responsibility . Jean- Marc Strati, the manager, very unfriendly. unprofessional and definitely not recommended by me to anyone. It's not the first time I have issues with this dealership. They are dishonest and cut corners. VERY disappointing. More
