Some Good, Some Not So Good We have had a lot of service performed on our vehicles in the past 3 years with this dealer. Most repairs were fixed appropriately but I did experien We have had a lot of service performed on our vehicles in the past 3 years with this dealer. Most repairs were fixed appropriately but I did experience some bloating of the initial quote provided for me especially on imported parts. Twice the verbal phone materials quote was inflated by 20% for rather expensive items. I complained a number of times and wasn't satisfied with the service managers lack of response. I've been told they have a new written quote system which should solve the problem. On the new car sales end we've had a great sales newbie that was let go and two "experienced' staff members that were both dismissive and pushy at the same time. When we indicated we weren't interested in buying today, our usual response to pushy sales folk, they blew us off and recommended cars that were not at all appropriate or used POSs they were trying to get rid off. At my first visit the representative made me understand what my vehicle service package included and was quick at running the diagnostic check for my engine light. Will never go there again! I went in with my daughter to go and look at some used cars. Being her first car, I didn't want to spend a huge amount of money.. When I told the sale I went in with my daughter to go and look at some used cars. Being her first car, I didn't want to spend a huge amount of money.. When I told the salesperson (not sure of his name) our price range and what we wanted, he said he had to go talk to his manager. When he comes back, he says that they don't have any but we could interest you into financing a new car. He wouldn't stop haggling us and asking us how much we would pay a month for financing a car when that's not even what we went there for! We felt extremely uncomfortable and we're almost forced into getting a brand new car. As we left, we did see a used car that we might have wanted.. But they didn't even mention it! I will never go here again and will tell people about my bad experience. More
