Feeling low-balled in our trade by another chrysler dealership in Nanaimo, we went over to Woodgrove and saw Lee, who was able to help us find the truck we wanted within the payments we were able to afford. On top of that, we were very pleased to find he was more than willing to raise the trade-in value of our trade and get us a vehicle with a few more features than we had even asked for. In the end, Lee was able to make the car buying experience a no-stress experience and was able take care of some minor issues for us, he also remained in contact with us before, during and after the full transaction experience! UPDATE: Manager of dealership did contact me attempting to rectify the problems I had on our visit. He did offer a sincere apology as well as a hard to beat price. If you're going to deal at Woodgrove Chrysler I would highly recommend dealing with Andrew Heys. I only wish he was there the day we were there to purchase a vehicle. MY advice: Sidestep the sales team and deal with Andrew. We ended up purchasing from another dealer for roughly the same price quoted by Andrew but only after showing Andrews quote. We saved thousands on our purchase and to be fair to Woodgrove I added this update. Work with Andrew as he is the owner and is willing to give you the best price ! My initial review below. We were very interested in a 2017 Ram. We had previously arranged a deal on a truck over the phone but decided to choose another vehicle. The Vehicle in Question had an MSRP of $2000higher than the one agreed upon. Once the salesman came back from the sales mangaer the truck was priced $10000 dollars higher than the one we agreed upon initially. OH looks like the manager made a mistake. This vehicle was also fitted with aftermarket running boards which we did not want but were asked to pay $600 to pay for installation and now removal for them. Since they dealer had installed Wheel locks valued at $75 retail and had filled the tires with Nitrogen ($15 per tire cost at COSTCO) we were told we had to pay an additional $399 for this. After traveling 3 hours one way we had to put up with several trips back and forth waiting up half an hour for the salesman to see his manager. To bad hey lost a sale over a $1000 for the things they try to shove down your throat. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!! Just to be fair our Salesman, John Dance was courteous. More

The guys and gals also checked the coolant system and did a few software updates that were under warranty. Even though I bought the Jeep from a dealership from Lloydminster, Woodgrove Chrysler took a great deal of interest in ensuring my Jeep was running smoothly and did it with a smile on everyones face! They drove my Jeep up to the front door as I was paying for the tire rotation and as I left I realized they had washed my Jeep to boot. Great service, great dealership! Thanks everyone! More

I happened to randomly call up the chrylser office in wood grove and i was put through to ben.Right from the start he was positive informative and very down to earth. Weeks later we decided to stop by and see ben, since he had kept in touch with me in regards to informing me about buying cars and financing them. To make long story short we ended up getting the chrysler 300s. We got it for a great price and loved all the features that was told to us by ben.He put us in touch with JC, the financial guru at wood grove chrylser.She was absolutly amazing and explained every bit of the process very patiently. We had never done any finacing for cars before and JC was very informative about all the finacing options available to us. All in all we had a great experience at wood grove chrysler and we would definatly be coming back a few years down the road to grab another car hopefully Merry christmas More
