Have a Chrysler 200 and a ram 1500 diesel, both from wood grove, been using dealer for warranty service schedules.. been fine. Last visit with 200 was disappointing as found the service coordinator (female) grove, been using dealer for warranty service schedules.. been fine. Last visit with 200 was disappointing as found the service coordinator (female) lacked customer empathy and experience and only interested in pumping for $$$..wrong attitude, needs to realize many customers are mechanically inclined and need confidence in the dealership in order to leave their vehicles!!!!! More

Ok service but what really pissed me off every other dealer washes the vehicle after service and you don’t .. that is a hot button for me and I will be looking at other dealers in Nanaimo or Parksville dealer washes the vehicle after service and you don’t .. that is a hot button for me and I will be looking at other dealers in Nanaimo or Parksville . Great customer service at the parts/service department. Joe took the time on a busy Friday to assist sourcing parts needed and James fit in the service appointment following day. I will never deal with Chrysler/Dodge again. Bought a brand new 2019 Dodge Ram, an update with the U-Connect radio failed, and now the battery dies ALL THE TIME. Their solution - disconnect the battery w brand new 2019 Dodge Ram, an update with the U-Connect radio failed, and now the battery dies ALL THE TIME. Their solution - disconnect the battery when the truck isn't in use. Because the truck is still drivable, we don't qualify for a courtesy truck. 2 MONTHS LATER!!! We have to jump start the truck every other day and they say it's not their problem, they can't get the radio any faster. I will never deal with these guys - or buy a Dodge product ever again!!! More
They couldn't find the truck I wanted, so I checked a different dealership and found exactly what I wanted. They quoted me on it, so I went to that dealership to find out what they would quote me. I wa different dealership and found exactly what I wanted. They quoted me on it, so I went to that dealership to find out what they would quote me. I was quoted $8,500 less for the EXACT truck. When they found out I was buying the truck from the other dealership they were insulting. Needed documentation for my trade in and JC Dayne refused to email it to me and made me drive across town to pick it up. Don't waste your time or money here. You are not valued as a customer. More

If you need service on a new vehicle STAY AWAY FROM Woodgrove Chrysler.Their Service manager is a pomlass, concieted, untruthfull and unknowledgable little twit. I was lied to for 3 years regarding a c Woodgrove Chrysler.Their Service manager is a pomlass, concieted, untruthfull and unknowledgable little twit. I was lied to for 3 years regarding a coolant leak and strung along until the warranty expired and then tried to charge me for diagnosis and a hose clamp that still did not solve the problem. Nanaimo Chrysler fixed it right off and did so under warranty. Also beware of buying new there as my paper work for financing magically disappeared and they tried to get me to finance through their broker.This is a sleezy outfit and they eventually paid me $4700 as I caught their little Scam. That should have been a sign but I stuck it out for 3 years of bad service.Stupid Me !!!! More
missleading,and lyes I was told I bougth a perfect and in very good condition promaster2016, 33000 km for cash I was never told that the vehicle had 2 recalls non off I was told I bougth a perfect and in very good condition promaster2016, 33000 km for cash I was never told that the vehicle had 2 recalls non off them was repaired or taken care off, and the cruisecontrol was not working,the doorstoper broke after about6 weeks I had to repair myself,the servicemann was very reluctant to do so and wanted 2 dollars for each scew after that the younger brother, from the owner told me that I was a quite difficult custemer oh,, the owner himself told me that he bougth a volks wagen camper for him self maybe to much confidents in his own product ,I told him I like to convert the promaster to a camper,,,,,,,,this is only the second vehicle in 3 yers I had such a wounderful service never ever again a car from,, woodgoove ,, and yes I will post my experience on facebook plus there where a few more rip offs cheers, and best regreds,,,,,,,,,, Reiner Glyckherr More
