For the first time I believe it’s a buyers market in the Auto Industry!! I got a call from Woodgrove about my 1 ton, they were interested in buying it back from me… I was certain they would waste my time Auto Industry!! I got a call from Woodgrove about my 1 ton, they were interested in buying it back from me… I was certain they would waste my time with a low ball. They gave me a ballpark offer for my truck, and it was $16 000 less than what I bought it for new in 2017. When I went in to talk more about them buying it, they ended up offering me more when they saw the 4” lift and tires. After all was said and done I ended up with a bran spankin new 3500 Laramie Singly for a $14k difference. That’s incredible. The sales staff weren’t pushy, they were reasonable, and very knowledgeable. The “Magics”, (husband and wife DUO) were absolutely incredible sales people!! I commend the owners and management of this store! They’re running a sharp ship! Integral, fair, and overall the customer service was just superb! I recommend Woodgrove Chrysler!! Ordered the wrong options on the vehicle, waited another 90 days for them to even order so they didnt get penalized by FCA . Unreturned phone calls from finance and sales. Why would they care about you after you spend 100 grand anyway. Called another dealer. Bought the exact same truck for less , arrived in 3 months. "Woodgrave" they should call it.
