Brought my truck in for warranty work. Never been here before. Initial greeting and check in was pleasant. I brought it to the attention tonight of the advisor, his reply, "wasn't here long enough to get scratched". When I dropped my truck off, I pointed out the few blemishes caused from driving 4300kms, (brand new $85k Ram). We gave it a good going over, truck was detailed, freshly waxed. When I picked up, they brought it over to detail and had the scratch buffed out. Brought my truck home and parked it in my shop. Used my truck following day, then parked for another 3 days until my truck went in for the actual repair. The advisor knew not to wash it, (still detailed). Picked up my truck another 7hrs later. As I walked up to my truck, I stopped. 20ft away and I see a hideous dent. Small, but dimpled making it very noticeable. I went to advise the advisor, he came and looked and said, "all we did is the repair, I can't even see it". I wanted to lose my xxxx. I just asked for the paperwork, the key, and the number to their paintless dent removal guy they use, as I have to get it addressed as my trucks mint, and I don't want a dent on it that I had nothing to do with. Absolutely no attempt to resolve by this dealer. As I sit here and write this review, sitting in their parking lot, I look around and fear what other customers vehicles have damage with zero accountability from Woodgrove Chrysler. Because their reasoning is, "wasn't here long enough to get dented or scratched". Advice to the public, check over your vehicles thoroughly. This warranty repair is actually costing me. I'll be reaching out to Chrysler Canada, and will be posting pictures and my 2 poor experiences. On the bright side, reach out to Mike at DentX for your dings from Woodgrove Chrysler!! He'll make things right. See pics of scratch and dent, (distortion at front bumper of white car seen is mirror finish that advisor states he can't see). More
We have been a part of the Woodgrove Chrysler family for about 5-7 years now. We have had our vehicles serviced right at the dealership and they have always been very efficient and helpful. I just recently purchased a new to me 2019 ram 3500 the truck was recently traded in and had a few issues,I went over the truck they agreed to fix everything to my satisfaction I’m pretty fussy and I also truck was recently traded in and had a few issues,I went over the truck they agreed to fix everything to my satisfaction I’m pretty fussy and I also received a fair trade in value on my old vehicle.
