After couple of years with Infiniti we had a bad service and we have to wait for 3 weeks to get a car and the sales agent did not help regarding our leased car and they need to charge us extra for the car around 15k extra and without any help in the financing really very bad service and take care when u take car from them they are not honest and not helpful or they like commission and whenever we ask about the Manager help he kicks out from his office and also you can’t get to higher Manager or the owners as if they are hidden party and to add more the Infiniti Canada do not want to help or raise any concerns even we had submit a complain for the showroom but all nothing had happen even no reply for our problems or concerns what to say a mistake to continue with such a dealer and look forward to find a way to go out from their bad business
