Here is my wh VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH TOYOTA!!! I would recommend Toyota but not from Woodbridge Toyota. I had a very bad experience over there. Here is my whole story. I leased a toyota Corolla 2018 LE in Feb 2018 for my personal use. Everything was quite fine at that time. But after that I got a new job and for that i need a bigger car, so i moved on with Camry Hybrid LE 2018 in Sept 2018. During the deal of new Camry Hybrid, Sales person Rakesh Thakur told me that I will get all the packages and plans i.e Titan pack (Wear &Tear Pass), Oil for Life (Dealer Offer) along with 3 years or 160,000 Kms Maintenance package (ECP Platinum). I made my decision to get it. I paid downpayment and got receipt and then told to come on 3 days after to get the delivery of Car. When I went to get my delivery and all other related documents Finance Advisor (Jack Dee) and Sales Person (Rakesh Thakur) played a trick and bluffed with me and removed all those services from the deal papers and get them signed from me without explaining the Bill Statement (Yellow paper). I was happy with my new Camry Hybrid until I got my 1st service scheduled. When I reach at same dealer Woodbridge Toyota to get facility of my packages i.e free oil change as well as regular service, they charged me money. When I said i have ECP and Oil for life , according to which i am not supposed to pay anything, service advisor said no you got nothing like that in the deal. When I went to talk to sales person Rakesh Thakur, he said its impossible I setup that for you why is not there. After sometime i again asked what happened and he stopped replying and started being rude. Once I just went to his desk to ask the problem and he threatens me that he will give me hard time in life in Canada otherwise be quite. I went to talk to GM of dealership, he didn't listen to me. In Nov 2018 i got my new Camry's Tire flat. I thought I dont need to worry i am covered under Titan package from Toyota to get new tires. So I called Toyota Roadside Assistance and got my car towed to Northwest Toyota, where they told me that I have none of those services as well. I was completely shocked. I again went to Woodbridge Toyota and asked my question. Sales Person Rakesh Thakur again started bullying me. One day they called me at dealership and Rakesh said we figured out your problem come to dealership. I went there and Then Woodbridge started asking me to pay $1800 something, to get Titan. I was like completely shocked. Like, I got all services within the deal and now I have to pay extra to get them again. I AM SUFFERING WITH TOYOTA NOW. IT HAS BEEN GIVING ME HUGE AMOUNT OF STRESS!!! I want Toyota to look into this and please take a strict action against the dealership and specially the lier sales person Rakesh Thakur, who threatens me of life on his desk. Great service with Great Advice I recently purchased my new Toyota corolla car. The person who helped me out from picking up the ideal model that suits my needs until the color of my car was Nader Behzadi. Nader did so much more to find me the ideal car i needed. He helped me out so much from the beginning until the end. He gave me advice and respected my onions as well. He had knowledge of everything and he was polite to explain something i did not understand more than once. Nader shares his valuable experience with you to make it easy for you and provides his undivided attention when you are with him, Such a great salesman he is. My new Toyota is just great. I really want to thank Nader for helping me out through out the process of purchasing a car. More
First time Buyer of A Toyota Had a great experience at this dealership. Came in with 1 purpose which was to get a vehicle at a great price with the features i wanted. Edward was a Had a great experience at this dealership. Came in with 1 purpose which was to get a vehicle at a great price with the features i wanted. Edward was awesome in providing me with knowledgeable infomation and he was commited to the sale of the vehicle. He even helped me made it a surprise. Smooth talking Salesman who fail to deliver upon delivery! Lots of inaccurate information from the sales person, which you find out from the service department later. Ends up costing you so much more than you expected! False promises and wrong commitments. I bought a Toyota highlander 2018 and was promised by Rakesh that it's going to be 28,995 tax including on residual value when we are buying after 3 I bought a Toyota highlander 2018 and was promised by Rakesh that it's going to be 28,995 tax including on residual value when we are buying after 3 years, but after a week I got a letter from Toyota Finance that it will be $28,995+ tax which is approx $ 4000 more then what Rakesh have committed. I request all to confirm and check thier residual value and his commitments are complete false and will be extremely expensive. Please double check your agreement directly through Toyota Finance he is leaving job in 2 months and going to India forever as per his words maybe because of that he is trying to take Maxx profit and decieve, innocent and trusting customer on name of Indian background ... I am going to contact Toyota and legal department to see his previous 4 months commitments as he is salesman from past 4 months. maybe people won't care for after 3 years of value and it will be a big problem when they come to know a sudden shock of $4000-5000 on tax which they expect it to be included. after 3-5 years of your lease or term you can't do anything at the time. my lease is not more than 12 days and I came to know about this. please spread this word. I have met lots of sales people in auto industry but always have bad experiences but Jonathan made my experience wonderful. He was very professional, patient for answering all our questions and knowledgeable about the cars. He gave me lots of options and whtever I asked extra he provided me with a smile. He follow up with me after I took the car from him. This is after after sales service, that I loved it.I have emailed my work colleagues for his details for future car purchases or leases. I highly recommend Jonathan to my friends and family and I will also would like to deal with him happily in future. Best of luck Jonathan and thank you so much for everything. More

Dishonest Practices My wife and I found an ad on Autotrader about a vehicle in "Pristine" Condition. We called and spoke to an agent (David). We explained we would be travelling a fair distance and wanted to know if there was anything wrong with the car before making the trip. He was very excited to help and set us up for a test drive the following morning. When we got there we soon realized we had been lied to in the ad. The vehicle had a broken windshield and the brakes were in dire need of being replaced. Was this the "pristine condition" that was advertised. Clearly not. On top of that we found out there was a "Damage Report" which he tried to shrug off as nothing to worry about. Finally when we got into the car - the tank was at zero. He had neglected to inform us of these details and failed to even prepare the car for a test drive. Very disappointing. To add insult to injury... when we got home we noticed they had the audacity to bump the price of the car up. More

At the time of purchase I was promised FREE oil changes for LIFE by DAVID KROWITZ. When it came time to do my oil change I made an appointment brought it in and was told that if I did not do the scheduled maintenance , I would not get the free oil changes for life. I guess what I’m trying to get at is that at no time during the discussion with sales rep DAVID KROWITZ was I told that I had to do all the scheduled maintenance in order to receive this free offer, also I did not sign anything stating this. When I spoke to DAVID KROWITZ about this he told me that he may have forgot and there’s nothing he could do. Next day spoke with Toyota Canada and let them know what is going on and the told me it is a dealer specific promotion so it’s out of there hands, and that I should speak to JOHN KINGSTON (general manager) fair enough. The next day Saturday morning I went to the dealership spoke with JOHN KINGSTON let him know that I was sent to speak to him by Toyota Canada to see if we could resolve this issue. He told me that there is nothing he could do for me and that on Saturdays he does not deal with complaints we sell cars. I will never purchase or recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More
