I have met lots of sales people in auto industry but always have bad experiences but Jonathan made my experience wonderful. He was very professional, patient for answering all our questions and knowledgeable about the cars. He gave me lots of options and whtever I asked extra he provided me with a smile. He follow up with me after I took the car from him. This is after after sales service, that I loved it.I have emailed my work colleagues for his details for future car purchases or leases. I highly recommend Jonathan to my friends and family and I will also would like to deal with him happily in future. Best of luck Jonathan and thank you so much for everything. More

We explained we would be tra My wife and I found an ad on Autotrader about a vehicle in "Pristine" Condition. We called and spoke to an agent (David). We explained we would be travelling a fair distance and wanted to know if there was anything wrong with the car before making the trip. He was very excited to help and set us up for a test drive the following morning. When we got there we soon realized we had been lied to in the ad. The vehicle had a broken windshield and the brakes were in dire need of being replaced. Was this the "pristine condition" that was advertised. Clearly not. On top of that we found out there was a "Damage Report" which he tried to shrug off as nothing to worry about. Finally when we got into the car - the tank was at zero. He had neglected to inform us of these details and failed to even prepare the car for a test drive. Very disappointing. To add insult to injury... when we got home we noticed they had the audacity to bump the price of the car up. More

At the time of purchase I was promised FREE oil changes for LIFE b Several months ago I purchased a new Toyota Corolla from sales rep DAVID KROWITZ. At the time of purchase I was promised FREE oil changes for LIFE by DAVID KROWITZ. When it came time to do my oil change I made an appointment brought it in and was told that if I did not do the scheduled maintenance , I would not get the free oil changes for life. I guess what I’m trying to get at is that at no time during the discussion with sales rep DAVID KROWITZ was I told that I had to do all the scheduled maintenance in order to receive this free offer, also I did not sign anything stating this. When I spoke to DAVID KROWITZ about this he told me that he may have forgot and there’s nothing he could do. Next day spoke with Toyota Canada and let them know what is going on and the told me it is a dealer specific promotion so it’s out of there hands, and that I should speak to JOHN KINGSTON (general manager) fair enough. The next day Saturday morning I went to the dealership spoke with JOHN KINGSTON let him know that I was sent to speak to him by Toyota Canada to see if we could resolve this issue. He told me that there is nothing he could do for me and that on Saturdays he does not deal with complaints we sell cars. I will never purchase or recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More

Our experience with Woodbridge Toyota was excellent, and Andrea Gulisano, product advisor, was fantastic. He made the process very simple for us. He is very friendly and explained all the terms and conditions, pros and cons in a way that was easily understandable. The customer service was wonderful and very professional. We were able get a great deal by the end of it. We will not hesitate to recommend a vehicle purchase from these guys. More

Took My $ & said BYE BYE I purchased a vehicle in June, and have had problem after problem, & still not happy. During the time of purchase, we were told we receive oil changes I purchased a vehicle in June, and have had problem after problem, & still not happy. During the time of purchase, we were told we receive oil changes for life. When I brought my vehicle in with several complaints, I was always accommodated by John Kingston! He always made sure I was happy & satisfied & he was wonderful to deal with. I went in on Jan 16th 2018 for my oil change & was told by a service rep that in order to receive my FREE oil change, I must pay for a maintenance check?? Apparently I was told this in the past, HOWEVER, price never came into the conversation, so I assumed it was my choice.... NOT SO. In the end, I find out I should have NEVER been offered the oil change for life because it only applies if you purchase a TOYOTA-NOT HONDA, but considering all the problems I've had, they were willing to honour the oil changes. So....Jan 16 2018, I brought my HONDA in for an oil change & was told I need to pay for a maintenance check. I wasn't financially prepared to pay this fee, & said I just wanted the oil change. Then they directed me to Magdy & I sat in his office for a bit & then walked in CULLEN GOOD. (Used car Manager) He introduced himself, sat on a filing cabinet & said to me....."Listen, we have done a lot of xxxx for your car". I was floored by his ignorant mannerism & language. I tried to explain that this xxxx done to my vehicle were issues from day one & that's not what I paid for. I then told him I was promised oil change for life etc, he then (Cullen Good)waved his hand in the air & said "I don't care what was told to you & we are not going there"......Moving forward I will give you 2 more oil changes & after that you are welcome to come back, or you can go somewhere else, your choice". This is how he spoke to me. I was spoken & treated like dirt & I will NEVER go back as long as he's the MANAGER! The rest of their staff is wonderful & I loved going into this dealer to see them, but now this Cullen has turned me away & potential clients I had lined up. When it was time to leave & oil change was done, I asked for the work order/invoice & was told they will mail it to me??? WHAT & WHY?? Lead me to believe they must add some notes on my file/account. This was really ignorant & unperfessional & my trust is gone! More
