Edward is very professional, as well as accommodating. He is extremely knowledgeable on both the product and leasing needs for his client. BEWARE - don't buy your car here Wanted to buy a RAV4 hybrid from this dealership and knew that we likely had to pay close to or full msrp given the car was in short supply. To our surprise, the sales manager told us in addition to full msrp, we had to purchase a $1500 maintenance package and a $1500 un coating package. In effect, we were being told we had to pay $3000 OVER msrp to get the car. He also said this was non negotiable and he mentioned that all other Toyota dealerships were doing this as well which was garbage because we had visited another dealership a couple of days earlier and this didn't happen Needless to say we quickly left We also sent an email to the general manager at the dealership to let them know what had happened but we didnt get a response back More
