Don't go to Woodbridge Toyota!!! We visited our local Woodbridge Toyota dealer and spoke to a salesperson regarding the purchase of a new corolla for my 81 year old mom. We spent abo We visited our local Woodbridge Toyota dealer and spoke to a salesperson regarding the purchase of a new corolla for my 81 year old mom. We spent about two hours with him, and he worked out an offer for us. We then brought my mom to the dealership to sign the deal. We were then advised that they were mistaken, and that it would cost more money. As she has limited funds, she wanted to sleep on it. So we told them that we couldn't sign the deal because of the extra money, and that we had to explore our options. We decided the next day that we would help her with the payment, and I texted the sales person to advise that we would finalize the deal. He texted me back in the morning and said OK. He then called me back a few hours later and began by saying that they wouldn't be able to get the car we wanted (a 2017 Corolla). I could tell that the salesperson was lying because there were cars available the night before. When I pushed to ask why the sudden turnaround, and asked if it was because we left the night before without signing the deal, he hesitated but said no. When I pushed further, It turns out that they supposedly made a mistake again! and it was due to a mistake made by the "new sales manager" . So once again we were disappointed (after visiting 3 times and wasted many hours) that they would treat a senior in such a careless manner. This was extremely disappointing and stressful for my mom because she just had her car written off due to an accident. My advice ... avoid disappointment ... find an honest dealer to talk to that doesn't play games! More
