From the beginning, I was given multiple promises — about pricing, delivery timelines, trade-in value, and additional perks — none of which were honored. Every visit and phone call seemed to bring a new excuse or a change to what had previously been agreed upon. The sales team was either disorganized, dishonest, or both. What was most infuriating was how little they respected my time. I made several trips to the dealership based on their assurances that "everything is ready" — only to wait around for hours or be told last minute that something had changed. Each time, they acted like it was no big deal. I rearranged work, family, and travel plans around this process, and they couldn’t even manage basic follow-through. After weeks of delays, misleading communication, and being strung along with empty promises, I had no choice but to cancel the entire order. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here — they’re just focused on closing sales at any cost, even if it means misleading people and wasting their time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. I walked in expecting a professional car-buying experience. What I got instead was broken trust, lost time, and an overwhelming sense of regret. More
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience was so frustrating that I felt compelled to share. The customer service at this place is absolutely unacceptable. The sale representative, Shaphan Harvey was the one we talked about our deal. I reached out multiple times regarding an issue with my order, but every time he would give us a different explanation. The representative was rude, dismissive and arrogant. They made no effort to resolve the problem, gave vague answers, and clearly had no interest in helping. At one point, I was even told to "just be patient" — after waiting over three to four weeks with no update. It felt like they were doing me a favor just by replying. The issue was escalated to the sales manager, Mandy Saif as well, but he was not helpful at all. I understand that things can go wrong, but how a business handles those issues speaks volumes. At the end, they made me cancel the order without any an apology. Sadly, this company failed miserably in that regard. I won’t be returning, and I definitely won’t recommend them to anyone. More

Do yourself a HUGE Favor and avoid this Dealership like the Plague. They do not appreciate your Business unless you spend the BIG BUCKS and do not think the ones who spend small amounts are worthy of much the Plague. I was amazed at the warm welcome that I received from the product advisor, Nico Barbieri when I entered Toyota showroom @ Woodbridge. He took his time to explain full details about various categories of Rav product advisor, Nico Barbieri when I entered Toyota showroom @ Woodbridge.
