Liars! I would warn everyone I know to stay far away from this dealership. I bought my car and in the beginning i had nothing but good experiences until it came to their service department and the owner Frank Romaro. I payed alot of money to have my car fully checked out as they advised to keep my warrenty in check. I was told everything was fine. Less the 3 months later and less than 700 km my car needed almost $1000 repairs. Because my rotors were completely rusted and brake pads had a strange mark. I still can't believe this could happen in such a short period of time when I drive for my maybe 10 minutes a day because I commute with public transit. The only logical reason for this was because my service check was never done and I was told lies. I had to contact Hyundai Canada over this and had to wait more than 3 months to receive a refund cheaque. More constant lies aparently they lost my contact information as soon as they received the cheaque. And now I'm going to have to probably wait another month and listen to more lies from them. Stay far away from service at this dealership. I would recommend going to the family owned Policaro Hyundai Dealership, they are amazing and treat you the way you deserve unlike Pineview. More
Won't honour warranty! I took my car in to Pine View Hyundai just before my warranty was due to expire. My car had failed to start on several occasions (although it would a I took my car in to Pine View Hyundai just before my warranty was due to expire. My car had failed to start on several occasions (although it would always get started on the second or third attempt). I also had some rust bubbling through on the side panel. Pine View failed to figure out why my car wouldn't start, and then wanted to charge me the diagnostic time even though the car was still under warranty. They also claimed that the rust had to literally create a hole in the panel before the warranty would cover it. A year or two later (after the warranty was up. of course), I learned this was actually a lie and the rust should have been covered. E-mails to Hyundai customer service were either ignored or else got me more outright lies about my warranty coverage. Never again will I buy a Hyundai! More
