When I asked them to do an inspection for a safety audit certificate, they did not want to cl This dealership with the parts and services are frauds. When I asked them to do an inspection for a safety audit certificate, they did not want to claim about the condensation in the driver's taillight as I know that would not have passed my inspection, as they know I'm on warranty for that. When I approach them about my light, they claim my warranty may not cover it, as they legally know I'm covered on it. They also decided to put too much oil in my vehicle making it overflow, but thankfully I caught it. DO NOT TRUST PINE VIEW HYUNDAI!!!! More

After agreeing on a price with Alfonso Fallavollita (Sales Associate) and his manager, me and my partner were rushed through making a down-payment and signing the bill of sale. It was later noticed that the bill of sale had an additional $1000 added to it. When I told them I would be contacting my lawyer, they offered to refund my down-payment. This dealership is in the sneaky, if not illegal, business of modifying contracts with the hopes that those who sign them won't notice. Anyone with complaints about this or other dealerships should submit them to OMVIC, the regulator of vehicle sales in Ontario. More
