Brought my car in for front end issues after hitting a curb. Michelle looked after me right away, took the car in and provided me with an estimate and photos of the damage. Bought a car a few months ago from the used cars department! Paid an additional 700$ to repaint the rear bumper and door handles as they were heavily scratched. The colour of my bumper does not match the rest of the car in anyway and little to no effort was put in making it look better. When I picked the car up, the salesman mentioned it’ll only be visible in strong sunlight and since it’s freshly painted should get better. Been a few months and it still looks terrible. Wasted my 700$ and nobody is helping me resolve this issue. When I posted on Google with the photos, I got a response from Dave (the service manager from Woodbridge Hyundai) that he will help resolve it. However, after 3 email, 3 voicemails, and multiple attempts to get in touch, I am yet to hear back. Overall, steer clear of this dealership. Post sale, you will have a really tough time. More
