Bought a car a few months ago from the used cars department! Paid an additional 700$ to repaint the rear bumper and door handles as they were heavily scratched. The colour of my bumper does not match the rest of the car in anyway and little to no effort was put in making it look better. When I picked the car up, the salesman mentioned it’ll only be visible in strong sunlight and since it’s freshly painted should get better. Been a few months and it still looks terrible. Wasted my 700$ and nobody is helping me resolve this issue. When I posted on Google with the photos, I got a response from Dave (the service manager from Woodbridge Hyundai) that he will help resolve it. However, after 3 email, 3 voicemails, and multiple attempts to get in touch, I am yet to hear back. Overall, steer clear of this dealership. Post sale, you will have a really tough time. More
They are incredibly lazy and inefficient. If you don't give a goid review as a customer they remive you from their database so Hyundai Canada won't be able to see your reviews. Gary and his team were amazing to deal with, no questions went unanswered and they took the extra time to make sure the deal went through without a hitch. Pineview Hyundai Brampton 180 Delta Park Blvd, has the worst Service Advisors they never returns message, if someone does answer they pretend they cannot hear you and deliberately forwards the call to an worst Service Advisors they never returns message, if someone does answer they pretend they cannot hear you and deliberately forwards the call to another extension with no answer. Business must be very Slow Stay away from this dealership. My first and last dealing with them. My Mechanic suggested to take the care for engine recalls before he changes the oil. So I book an a dealership. My first and last dealing with them. My Mechanic suggested to take the care for engine recalls before he changes the oil. So I book an appointment with the Hyundai that was close to him. I took my car for engine recalls and they returned it back to me with safety issues with seatbelt and airbags when I informed them that the car did not have any issues with airbags when I dropped it of at the dealership, they accused me of lying. They communicated that I need new spark plugs and fuel injection cleaning at the cost of $425 but they never told me anything about safety issues. They said they noted it in my car records but never told me about it. Now they want $1500 to fix the problem they have caused. More
