Pleasant and friendly customer service - attentive to your concern, provide updates on status of your vehicle either by calls or text messages. Had experience with Michele, Bushan and Peter, they were a your concern, provide updates on status of your vehicle either by calls or text messages. Had experience with Michele, Bushan and Peter, they were all consistent in giving great customer service experience. The after service follow up email is also another win for you guys in terms of customer care. Your customer service is way more better than the Hyundai dealer/service center where I had my vehicle serviced before. Cheers! More

Hello, On Nov 11 I had a new set of Michelin X-Ice winter tires mounted on 15 inch steel rims and installed along with programmed TPMS on my 2024 Venue Preferred. It's been a few days of driving on winter tires mounted on 15 inch steel rims and installed along with programmed TPMS on my 2024 Venue Preferred. It's been a few days of driving on the winter tires and I would like to check the torque on my wheel's lug nuts using my own torque wrench, but I'm not sure how many ft/lbs. of torque they were set at by the installer because the invoice states they were torque as per specs and my vehicle's manual states the torque should be set at 80-95lbs. (which I expect is b/c the Venue is available in various tire sizes).....would be able to reply this email and let me know exactly how much torque my vehicle's lug nuts should be set at? Also, as a new purchaser of Michelin X-Ice winter tires and having paid directly with my MasterCard, this makes me eligible for a rebate from Michelin Canada. However, my invoice states that I paid in "cash", which might make me ineligible for the rebate. In 10 days Michelin Canada might require an updated invoice showing that I paid the full amount with my MasterCard for me to be eligible for the rebate.....would you be able to provide me with a new and updated invoice? Also, the tire pressure on the door of my vehicle states 36 psi, however my vehicle's manual states that winter tires on my vehicle should be inflated an additional four lbs. of air pressure (measured on a cold tire) to compensate for the loss of air pressure in colder temperatures. At present my newly installed TPMS, which you programmed, are showing the current pressure at 36lbs in the front tires and 33lbs in the rear tires.....should I increase the tire pressure in all four winter tires to 40lbs psi? Your email reply is much appreciated, as this message was also sent to "service" email address. More
