I have 2020 Sentra. The car was recalled for rearview camera (the car really has problem). I also have had driver side door issue. This was the 4th time. We (me and my wife) needed to go to driver’s seat from passenger side. It started operating normal after a day or so. I didn’t see it as a big problem thinking that pressing something might have caused it. This time it coincided with the recall and I asked them to look into it. They asked 160 dollars only for diagnosis. I refused to pay expressing that it’s almost the same kind of problem as rearview camera issue. I have been driving the car for less than 3 years now. But saying that it doesn’t have warranty anymore they refused to see the problem. I insisted and the manager resisted more strongly. The car screen also shows warnings about sensors and other stuff now and then. As my wife liked the car dashboard and its sport look from outside I didn’t care much about the little issues. I and my wife decided to sell the car and have higher quality brand. We’ve had enough. By the way, I went to a mechanic on my home and the mechanic solved the door problem for 20 dollars. More

I usually don't write reviews because I understand that mistakes ha getting swindled and made a fool, then Woodbine Nissan is the place for you!!! I usually don't write reviews because I understand that mistakes happen and everyone should be given a second chance. HOWEVER, I'm writing this review because this was NOT just a simple misunderstanding, but rather a whole unsettling and costly experience that will leave you wondering why Nissan Canada is allowing such a dealership to tarnish their brand. That being said, this is not so much a review, but rather a warning to would-be customers to STAY AWAY from this place. If you are already a customer, bless your heart and be strong! Here are a couple of things you need to know about Woodbine Nissan: 1. If you go in to get your car serviced, even for a minor repair or inspection, you better BELIEVE that they will overcharge you and your children. 2. As mentioned above, the sales people and the finance team (don't think I forgot about you guys either) are some of the most untrustworthy people you will meet. Please do yourself a favour an review the contract yourself without having them explain it to you. They will exclude important details, and in my case, will lie straight up to your face even though it is written down on paper. In conclusion, if I had a time machine I would 1) go back and see the dinosaurs and 2) save my time, money and energy and visit a new dealership instead. In all seriousness though, I can't believe a place like this could still exist. I have been a loyal Nissan customer for years, but after this experience I think I will choose any of their competitors over them. More

I went back to get my refund, but the sales guy showed me another car, and I agreed, and used the down payment I did for jeep. I signed the paper and sales guy said he will call me once it’s approved by finance. Finance guy Ryan- biggest liar or I would say just trying to be a good sales person lol. He showed me three insurance packages and told me I can buy one of it and made my monthly payments very high. I said I I’ll come back on a particular day to say yes or no, I called yesterday and asked for refund they said sales are final and you can’t ask for a refund. Calls his manager Niv- another liar that we complied with legally everything so can’t give you refund. I said you didn’t comply as it wasn’t told to me that buying any package wasn’t compulsory. Now comes in the picture Joe David claiming he’s a general manager with part ownership of the dealership. First told me can’t get refund, I said okay give me my papers copy, only give me half papers and said if you won’t leave until I’ll call cops. And I I won’t leave until I get the copy of my all the papers. Called the cops, cops came and he told his half lie story to them and cops said they can’t force him to give me papers. So guys if you want to get educated on finance and car dealership go to this place instead of their job they do everything else here. I don’t know how I will get my refund but let’s go to better dealerships out in Ontario. More

Took my pathfinder this morning to woodbine nissan, due to a clanking noise coming from the front right wheel, my friend had told me that most likely was a bearing, after waiting for an hour and half this to a clanking noise coming from the front right wheel, my friend had told me that most likely was a bearing, after waiting for an hour and half this "mechanic" came to meet me on the waiting room to let me know that he had taken my car for a drive and couldn't ear anything I'm guessing because it would be a warranty issue... thank God the service techs at 401/DIXIE NISSAN are not DEAF and 1 hour after I left my car there I got an email letting me know my car had been repaired and ready for pick up at no charge. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE THERE, unless you want stress added to your life More

I asked for the ultimate best price that dealers can offer and Pearce sent me the best and fair price at the very first beginning. He patiently answered my questions regarding the quote and the quote is super clear without any hidden fees (eg. some includes add-on protection packages in the DOD fees). I also deal with Hailey with the finance part and she is very helpful and ethical. She even offered winter tires change without charge. During pick-up, Victoria also patiently explained the car in detail. Thanks for such a pleasant car purchase experience! More
