When it came time to trade the car in they told us we actually had to trade the car in and would get the value of the car back! (They gave us a car that had been in an accident had scratches and a huge dent in the bottom) & told us we would be deducted for that even though it was documented. Why don't you put a sign outside saying we don't know when your cars gonna come in but leave your money n we want to charge you full price?!!! DO NOT Trade In Here! Will Attempt to Scam You. I took a 2015 Chevy Malibu out for a test drive last night, I was extremely impressed with its loaded features, comfort, style, and most importantly h I took a 2015 Chevy Malibu out for a test drive last night, I was extremely impressed with its loaded features, comfort, style, and most importantly how it handled in inclement weather conditions. While I was test driving their vehicle, sales manager "Freddy" test drove/inspected my 2011 Chevy Equinox which I had anticipated on trading in upon the purchase of a new vehicle from you (the service centre was closed at this time). Upon completion of the test drive, "Freddy" escorted me to the underground garage where he had placed my Equinox and pointed out drops of an unknown 'black liquid' on the floor which was allegedly from my muffler. He advised me that this 'black liquid' is the result of my entire engine needing to be flushed, and that I needed to replace my muffler, which ultimately devalues my vehicle. I have had the Equinox for 1.5 years, have it maintained and inspected regularly, always park in the same spot at work and at home and NEVER have I seen black liquid leaking from my vehicle. In addition, NOT ONCE had a licensed automotive technician mentioned the vehicle having such issues. This makes me wonder what mechanical credentials Freddy has and how would he know to a tee what exactly is wrong with my vehicle, and what it needs? Upon leaving leaving the dealership, I inspected the parking lot (which was blanketed in white snow) to see if there was a trail of this 'black liquid' anywhere, but found nothing. Quite ironic how this 'black liquid' only existed where Freddy parked my vehicle, isn't it? In closing, I believe Freddy was trying to pull a fast-one; falsely trying to devalue my trade-in as much as possible by telling me it needed work when it realistically didn't, and get me to buy new. Although I am fully conscious of the fact that there is plenty of corruption in the business of auto sales, Freddy's 'black liquid' stunt certainly has many of his competitors beat! As a result of this, they have lost any business they could have had from me. As someone who comes from a family of Chevy owners, they can be rest-assured that it's not only my business they have lost. Good business starts with honesty. And from my experience, this dealership does not practice that. More

go here if you want to get ripped off I am honestly so disappointed with the work I revcieved at Leggat Chevrolet in Burlington, Ontario. I brought my truck in for stalling and I had alrea I am honestly so disappointed with the work I revcieved at Leggat Chevrolet in Burlington, Ontario. I brought my truck in for stalling and I had already had it looked at by two mechanics in Hamilton and we replaced the crankshaft sensor and ignition switch prior to bringing it to them which did not fix the vehicle. I then took it to dealership which charged me three hours of diagnosing before they decided to plug and play with the vehicle. I first suggested that the bcm and anti theft was the issue also suggested by other mechanics. They said that they tested the anti theft and that was not the issue. They proceeded to tell me that it was the ecm so I bought a used part and took time off work to get it to them because they wanted $900 for a new one. It turned out this was not the issue but I was still charged for installation. Then I was told it was the bcm ( which I suggested in the first place) so gave authorization for installing of this part and promised I would pay but only if it fixed the issue. but it did not fix the issue and I was still charged. After this point I had given no authorization for any additional parts or hours on truck but was promised it would be fixed without any additional cost. When the truck was finally fixed I was somehow charged for an additional crankshaft sensor even though I just put a new one in and did not authorize this. They said I was stuck with the payment because I had a brand new aftermarket sensor put in but they wanted to try a oem part. I feel I should not have to suffer because the shop did not know the true issue of the vehicle and I am charged with their trial and error. I paid for a crank sensor that I didn't need plus the installation fees And then I paid for a bcm that who knows whether I needed or not but they used 2 so they had for one at least hit me with one of them. They finally decided to replace all the ground connections and bam! Magically the truck is fixed. Shouldn't this be the first thing you should do considering it is by far the cheapest way. So now the the truck is runnin but it looks like an idiot wired it. It is far from original or what I would expect from someone I'm paying 125 an hour to do. My engine bay looks like a rats nest. I called to complain about the work and they said that they could have made it look original but " it would have taken longer". I cannot believe I payed 1100 for this work. This is the worst experience I've ever had and I have always loved gm trucks as far as I'm concerned gm has no regard for their customers. More

Very polite and courteous and kept me informed as to the progress and made me feel comfortable. Felt as confident of this dealership as the one I use for my maintenance back home! More
The Best!!! If you care about your car and quality of the service then you have to go to the pros. I always take my Buick Enclave to Leggat for service. Instead of fixing the problems with a leaky interior they created more problems. They took shortcuts and tried to get away with eliminating parts and telling me the original parts were not necessary, then telling me that they installed the parts(upon examining the vehicle I proved that parts were missing). After installing the carpet after doing repairs they released the vehicle back to me and the carpet made the accelerator pedal get stuck in a depressed position almost causing me to be involved in an accident. Now it seems that the vehicle is leaking from the undercarriage and they want to fix it by pumping silicone into the door jams. They have also told me that they refuse to perform any further warranty work to my vehicle. They also forgot to bolt down seatbelt assembly putting my rear passengers at risk of possible injury. They also repaired the rear middle brake light and told me that it wasn't leaking anymore. Its still leaks. They damaged my door panels which they painted to correct the problem. They broke numerous plastic caps inside the vehicle which they replaced but are now coming loose all the time. More
