Ron was not only able to find a truck on their lot that best suited my needs, but helped me get to a price where I wanted it to be. Shane knows this business like the back of his hand, his 12+ years experience within this industry was evident when talking with him. Shauna was great to work with, very patient while I dissected everything to do with vehicle protection and going over the financials, very easy going and made this usual stressful process a breeze! Jorden in parts is very informed and able to find the aftermarket parts, liner and winter wheel setup to suite my new truck. I dealt with Colton Lockhart, and he was super personable, not pushy at all (which was a nice change), and he was able to answer all the questions that i had about the different trucks that i was looking at. On the financing side i dealt with Jasmin Siemens, and again, what a positive experience. She was able to answer all of my questions about financing vs leasing, as well as my questions about the extended warranty and protection packages that they offered. Both of the people i dealt with were super patient with me (I ask a LOT of questions and tend to change my mind a lot) and they did everything that they could to make sure that my truck was ready to go when i needed it, and exactly how i wanted it to be. Overall it is just a great place to buy a vehicle, with great people to help you every step of the way! More
