Only things I disliked were spending a lot of time going over extended coverage packages that I was clearly not interested in and having to call OnStar with the sales rep present. I definitely felt pressured to purchase an OnStar package prior to having a chance to browse the website prior, so you don't even know what you are signing up for. Also the costs were incorrectly passed on by sales rep when I was told the pay as you go for data was "about $30 for 10 GB I think" when it is actually $250! I think overall the sales experience was a bit too focused on the technology and less on more important things such as vehicle handling, fuel economy, etc. Despite this, I was still very satisfied with the experience and the team was overall excellent. More

Our experience with Wood Wheaton was good. Not bad or great, Just good. I would recommend them to others looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. The best part of the experie was good. Not bad or great, Just good. I would recommend them to others looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. The best part of the experience was the extended warranty program on used vehicles. It is a comprehensive program and we purchased the upgraded version where if we do not use the warranty during the period, we get a portion back of what we paid for the extended warranty. One thing that could be improved on is the "full" tank of gas they talked about. The truck was just right on the full mark when we picked it up but you could tell that they filled it just to this point. Generally when someone fills the truck they are not looking at the gauge. They fill the truck until the sensor on the nozzle clicks off. When I filled the truck up the next time, it was considerably fuller than when the dealership filled it. Likely 10 - 15 Liters difference. A small thing I know...but it's the little things that make the difference between a good dealership and a great dealership. Also the vehicle had been inspected prior to us test driving it, but there was an issue with a bolt missing in one of the brake calipers. We noticed a sound each time we braked during the test drive. I'm surprised this wasn't noticed during the initial inspection by the dealership. This is one of the reasons we chose to purchase the extended warranty. So that if any other issues arose that the dealership missed during their inspection, associated repairs would be covered by the dealership rather than out of our pocket. More
