Wow, second great experience this year! August 24th/16 & February 29th/16 Visits- In February we stopped by the lot to check out a 2012 Ford Escape that was on display, and we were immedi August 24th/16 & February 29th/16 Visits- In February we stopped by the lot to check out a 2012 Ford Escape that was on display, and we were immediately greeted by Duane who got us connected with Ted to do a test drive. The Escape ended up being exactly what we were looking for and the process of purchasing it was transparent and professional! Duane and Ted made sure that all details were taken care of, and followed up after our purchase to ensure that we were still 100% satisfied with our purchase. When a minor mechanical problem came up with the Escape the service department and Duane handled everything professionally and ensured that we were taken care of while the vehicle was being serviced. It was very reassuring to know that Wood Wheaton stands behind their products (even other vehicle brands)! In August we were ready to begin our search for the perfect used truck, and after having such a positive experience in February we began our search at Wood Wheaton where we were greeted by name. Ted immediately got us set up for a test drive in a truck that we were interested in, but we ultimately decided not to purchase as it wasn't quite right for us. Instead we gave Duane a "wish list" of what we were looking for in a used truck, and within two weeks Duane contacted us to show us a 2012 F150 that had just come on the lot. This truck had all of the features we were looking for, and after taking it for a test drive we decided it was the truck for us. We ended up making the decision to purchase the truck near the end of the business day, but despite it being late Duane, and Levi from finance, both stayed so that we could take the truck home that night. Levi was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about not only financing, but insurance options as well. Levi made the purchasing process simple, and we left with a complete understanding of all of the details of our purchase. Duane, Ted, and Levi were all very personable and made us feel like valued customers, again! After having an experience coming in with the intent to purchase a specific vehicle in February, and having an experience in August where the right vehicle wasn't yet on the lot, both have been great. What made our second experience stand out is the extra effort put in to only show us trucks that met our needs (despite not having any used on the lot at the time)- this proved that Duane and his team had our best interest in mind and allowed us to purchase the perfect truck with confidence. We would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to see the team at Wood Wheaton regardless of the make or model of vehicle you are interested in! More

I received very professional service and I did not feel any of the "pushy car salesman" vibe that I felt at some of the other dealerships that I visited on my hunt for a new-to-me car. I did not feel that I was under any pressure to rush to a decision, instead I was given time I needed to peruse and consider my options. Ron was very patient and knowledgeable as he answered all of my questions, even those that I didn't yet. Once we got to the paperwork and financing side of things Harry Johal answered my questions and ran various scenios so that I could make the best decision for my situation. Harry even came in on his day off to finish off the paperwork with me. Overall I feel that I was very well served and I would recommend them to friends and family who are in the market for a vehicle. More
