A normally offputting experience made pleasant While on our way to purchase a competitive product, one we have owned previously and held in high regard, we decided to stop and look at some GM produ While on our way to purchase a competitive product, one we have owned previously and held in high regard, we decided to stop and look at some GM products and once at the showroom we spotted the Buick Verano and wanted to learn more about it. A young salesperson came to us and asked us to wait a moment as he gather some keys for us to open some vehicles and as we stood there looking at the car, we talked between ourselves and determined that yes, we were old enough to drive a Buick. The salesperson returned quickly and guided us through the car and a couple of other GM products and once we test drove the car we were hooked, the competitors car was out of the running and we were determined to buy the Verano. It was late in the day, however the sales person, service department, detailing team and finance office all worked to get the vehicle to us in a timely fashion and they all succeeded as we drove it home that night. Colton was the epitome of a quality salesperson, his approach to customers, his attention to detail, his product knowledge and his willingness and ability to educate the customer on the product and once purchased, his attention to the delivery details were all first rate. I really hate shopping for vehicles and normally try to get it done as fast as possible, and unlike other dealerships in town, the finance office was professional and courteous and not at all predatory like we have encountered in previous competitive purchases. The Wood Wheaton Team as a whole could give lesson to others about treating the customer professionally, upfront and honest. There was no trade-in involved in the deal which makes it easier I must acknowledge, but I am confident even had there been it would have been an upfront and honest deal. We are very pleased and we will return as our needs change. Thanks Colton and the Wood Wheaton Team! More
