Josh was able to get us a price/payment options, all after we had left the dealership (it was a busy day for us, and being from out of town we didnt have time for a test drive on that particular day. we just wanted a quick look and I was in no rush to buy). The day we returned the following week for a test drive and landed on the Silverado 1500 4x4 crewcab after already testing a couple fords out already. Josh had the gas tank full, and helped us out with setting up the stereo to our phone, and still making sure we are happy. The staff is very motivated and the shop was super busy with winter around the corner, and these guys were hustling today to get everything done for us. More

Now I'm a very finicky and picky person, so the challenges ahead were significant. I had been to other dealerships but because of my nature they were quite dismissive, and I had not been motivated to do anything. I arrived at Wood Wheaton's and I was just walking around minding my own business (which was looking), and Colton Lockhart approached me in a very casual and unassuming manner. Things just went uphill from there. Colton did not waste my time showing me endless options, but went straight to the essence of what I was targeting, and made it happen. I only had a few hours and he managed to pull it all together very well. Colton comes across as a very casual and gentle, but don't let it fool you. He is extremely knowledgeable, has high ethical standards, can provide suggestions and alternatives, and is genuinely interested in his customers. He knows what he is doing and how to do it. A rare experience that was very enjoyable. Highly recommended. I was very happy with my overall experience, and everyone at the dealership was great, but my satisfaction and success was overwhelmingly due to Colton's personal attributes, his strong inter-personal skills, his product knowledge base, his ability to understand my needs (and not his or the dealership's), and his genuine interest.
