I was told he was thorough, kind, and knew his stuff. And they were absolutely right!! This was my first time buying a dealership car and he made it incredibly easy, and even fun. I told him everything I needed, a price I was comfortable with, and it took him less than ten minutes to show me two amazing trucks, one of which I left with a few hours later. He answered all the silly questions I had with a smile and a joke, and put everything into laymans terms that a new car owner really needed to hear. Scott, you have no idea how wonderful you were to me and my partner. I'm recommending you to absolutely everyone!! After we chose our vehicle we went and dealt with the nitty gritty with Levi. He was patient, kind, and was willing to try everything to help us and our best interest. We loved our vehicles that we have previously purchased at ford through Mark but to be honest we felt that when Mark left Ford , the service left with it ,plain and simple .. If you ever had a problem you could go to Mark and he would help you .. Even things on Warraty that we paid for shouldn't be an issue at Ford , but everything became an issue and when your left with the feeling that your just a previous sale and no longer important as a customer , you no longer want the product when the service is no good that comes with it .. We love our new purchase and the whole staff at Wood Wheaton was awesome to deal with . I didn't think my husband would ever give up his F450 Platinum Dually , he loved it .. But when I browsed the lot and came across this truck I knew he'd love it . We called up my husband and sent him a couple pictures. He purchased the truck with me without even looking at it in person . He trusts me , but most importantly he trusts Mark and Marks opinion .
