When I decided that I wanted a vehicle he sent me in that direction. The vehicle I wanted was a used Jeep that I found online in Kamloops from a different dealership. Between Shane and Scott they made the initial contact and did all work to get me my vehicle. Even after the purchase there was a couple of things that weren't right ( when dropped off there was a rock chip in the windshield and the gas take was at 1/4), they arranged for the rock chip to be repaired and fill my tank for free. Customer service like that is just simply amazing, but it doesn't end there.... I had only had my vehicle for less than 3 months and the engine was making a noise, I had the alternator replaced and the noise was still there, my husband called Scott and mentioned it to him and he said bring it by and they would take care of it. They not only fixed the problem they reimbursed me for the cost of the alternator. I am extremely happy with my purchase and with all the efforts that were made. More

Disippointing After many years of having a company supplied pickup I'm taking some time off and decided we neded to buy a new truck. On Nov 21st I started shopping After many years of having a company supplied pickup I'm taking some time off and decided we neded to buy a new truck. On Nov 21st I started shopping and made your dealership my 1st stop. I had been doing a lot of research and thought I would like a GM or Chev product. Upon arriving in your showroom I was introduced to Bill Thompson. We went to his office and discussed my list of wants and needs in a new pickup. We then went onto your lot and looked at many units. After test driving a 3/4 ton and a one ton(I was really looking for a heavy 1/2 but you were sold out of 2016 HD 1/2 tons) I left to see what all the other dealerships had to offer. I returned the next day wanting to test drive other trucks. Bill got out the test drive form but was very hesitant to fill it out, then made the comment "Have you figured out what you want because you are all over the place". I was quite offended but replied graciously that by looking at and testing many vehicles, that was my process of narrowing down my choices. We then looked at a used 2016 truck that had just came in but Bill told me I couldn't drive it because it still had the previous owners insurance and plates. He took me for a drive with me as passenger. I didn't get back the next day due to previous commitments. Bill sent me a text that he had gotten in another used 2016 unit for me to look at. I returned on Thursday along with my wife with the intention of test driving both of the used units and possibly others that we might concider. Both my wife and I drove one of the used units but Bill couldn't find the keys to the other used unit. When I questioned if my wife and I could take a new 2016 one ton for a test drive, Bill again made the comment "Have you figured out what you want because you are all over the place". I again told him that looking at everything was our process of narrowing down the possibilities. Isn't this how most informed buyers do it? Myself and my wife were quite offended. Especially as this was the second time he had made this comment. I did send and receive a few texts with Bill but never returned. It seems that Bill's expectation was that I would try out a couple trucks then buy one. I hope this isn't the attitude of all of your salespeople. I did contact a GM dealer in Edmonton and looked at what they had but they didn't have any 2016 HD 1/2 tons left either. As a result of my(our) bad experience at your dealership we decided to look at Fords and ended up buying a 2016 F150HD. Not that it makes any difference but we paid cash. Bill knew that this was my intention. Once we had made our purchase I texted all the salespersons that we had bought a Ford and all with the exception of Bill texted back their congratulations. I except that you may discuss this with Bill but if you do, please instruct him not to try and contact me. Next year we will be shopping for a new SUV for my wife and if we do consider a GM product, will likely contact an out of town dealership. Vary disappointed in our experience with your dealership. When I pointed out a minor problem with the vehicle Ryan was on it immediately ensuring it was taken care of as well as getting the right sized winter tires shipped up to PG and put on so I could have it as soon as possible. Harry came in on his day off to explain all the purchasing/trade in options and was very thorough in his explanation. Thanks guys! More

He literally moved mountains to make sure I was able to have a ride that would allow me to still budget the payment amongst all the cost of travel to see my mother who is very very ill....with a 350 km travel to be with her this was all mark had on his mind while helping me field my car! Most unbelievable shipping experience ever mark you are forever in my heart and in my family xoxo have to also mention....he paid for me to take my momma for dinner when she's in town next time ;) AWESOME!!!
