Surprise for my hubby's 40th My husband never owned a new vehicle and I have encouraged him to buy one. We have been shopping for awhile and he was about to purchase a Nissan. Before he was ready to finalize I asked him to please drive to Wood Wheaton. We were eyeing this Durmax 3500 GMC for some time and saw that it had a "Fall Savings promo". My husband inquired about this truck approx a couple weeks prior and already decided no on it (price etc.). I loved this truck for him and asked him to drop me off to inquire. He dealt with Josh before and I wanted to deal with the same sales guy. I always like Chevs and was hoping to give my husband this truck for his 40th. I chatted with Josh and he worked with Shane for pricing. I was determined in this specific truck that I was not interested in looking at other trucks. Josh came back with a reasonable compromise that I signed the deal right there and now. Cyril worked at the paperwork and was super professional and efficient. My hubby still not knowing what happened came to the dealership to pick me up and with unbelief was handed keys. I was so excited and he smiled with disbelief that I just purchased this for him. The look on his face priceless. Josh is a super sales guy, fun, professional and" let's get it done", helped seal the deal. Josh had to be away and his group stepped up to the plate and helped with other needs for the truck ex: mats, extra keys. I really appreciate the professional and friendly service of Shane helping with the sale and for Paige taking care promptly of the keys and mats with great customer care and of course promptness (she saw it through). We are a few hours out of town and we needed to get the vehicle protected with the extra package we purchased. The fob programmed, oil change service and they have always provided us with a super vehicle to get around with while waiting for our vehicle. We also like to commend Sarah and Mel at the service desk of how professional and great service they provide (we have seen them before with our other Chev vehicle) We really feel the customer care is amazing, the team do know how to work well together!! Very pleased that I totally would recommend Wood Wheaton and would use them for future purchases. More

I initially saw the car on the Wood Wheaton Supercentre website not knowing much ab Just a few days ago I purchased a 2012 Cadillac SRX and I love it! I initially saw the car on the Wood Wheaton Supercentre website not knowing much about about them. The whole experience by the crew was hands down the best experience someone could hope for for a first time car owner. Ron was awsome and very patient and informative about every question I had. I had my dad with me because I was so nervous but honestly Ron and the staff were so great! No pressure or feeling unsure at any point during the entire visit. Harry was also really great with his expertise in finance and very informative about my options! Exceptional service all around! I returned today to have my car detailed and the place was very busy so they clearly accommodated my schedule. Everyone was welcoming and it was like walking back to old friends. We're lucky to have this crew so close to home. You don't have to look anywhere else. I recommend this place with great enthusiasm to anyone who asks where I got my beautiful car from!
