They do their homework ! My husband and I went to Wood Wheaton to look at trucks. It was only an hour or so before closing but Ted Spitzig approached us after letting us brow My husband and I went to Wood Wheaton to look at trucks. It was only an hour or so before closing but Ted Spitzig approached us after letting us browse a bit. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us the top of the line GMC. It was a bit out of our price range so he told us to come back the next morning and he'll have a couple trucks for us. Sure enough, Saturday morning Ted has 2 trucks for us and we didn't even look at the second; he found us the perfect truck, within our price range and all the features we wanted. Everyone at the dealership really either to get us payments we wanted and we came home with the truck the same day! Great experience through and through. More
