I was greeted by Lonnie who was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, not standoffish, as I usually feel with sales people. I had been considering trading in for some time and had my eye on a Colorado and I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. It was really simple. I gave Lonnie a list and said make it fit this number, and he did. We looked at some options, and all I had to do was pick. I really didn't feel like I was being sold a vehicle. I think that's a sign of a good sales person. Harry in finance then went over the numbers with me and my family. He was very polite and didn't rush through anything. He explained everything in clear language and was very patient when listening to my partner and I consider options and didn't continue trying to upsell us on options after we had desided. The whole experience was quick and painless and at the end of the day I got the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. More
