Service Overall service was good; if I had any thing to suggest it would be to adapt a little quicker to the customer your assisting. The vehicle reports were present but when asked about details someone else had the answers. A bit more knowledgeable on the used vehicle would have been nice. However once the information was available everything went well. More

My Pretty Blue ZR2 I originally ordered a 2018 blue Colorado ZR2 from the factory back in May as none were available at surrounding dealerships. 8 weeks later, found ou I originally ordered a 2018 blue Colorado ZR2 from the factory back in May as none were available at surrounding dealerships. 8 weeks later, found out that we were cut from the list and the dealership had to look around for something similar. We weren’t too happy that GM corporate took so long to inform the dealership and then us. This was the only issue that prevents me from giving a higher rating. Eventually they found something similar and dropped the interest rate so we could meet the originally agreed upon monthly payments. They also ordered in the packages I originally requested in the factory order and installed them at no additional cost. Through out this experience our sales associate has been very helpful, answered any questions I’ve had, and has done his best to ensure I got what I requested and that I left the dealership happy. Kudos to Matt and Harry!! More

After I missed out on a great deal on a great used pick up Lonnie went to work to see how he could make a missed deal into an upgraded vehicle with very little increase on a brand new pick up truck for my wife and I. This guy listened and suggested with little sales pressure from him which is a turn off for Linda and I. My buddy John was correct Lonnie is the man for Wood Wheaton Sales.
