However, the deliver of our truck ( although not True North's fault ) was painfully slow. We were told the waiting period was 4 to 6 weeks and we ended up waiting over 11 weeks. We are very pleased with our new truck and look forward to receive the same great service on it as we had for the last 12+ years with our previous 2 trucks. We got the truck in and it was supposed to take no more then an hour. We sat in the lobby for about 2 hours. When we finally ran out of patience and asked what was taking so long (btw we only needed the tires changed) we found out the mechanic did 2 wheels and then went for lunch, yet they told us nothing, even with us staying in the lobby the entire time! Very disappointed in their services, and we will not be returning. More
