I brought my car in with multiple problems, which appeared to be wiring or sensor issues (horn alarm went off continuously until fuse was pulled, random starting without key in park position, front s appeared to be wiring or sensor issues (horn alarm went off continuously until fuse was pulled, random starting without key in park position, front stereo speakers not working) at the end of the day it cost almost $400. Drove car home and speakers were still not working and the air bag sensor was on. Returned with the car and on the way there the signal lightbulb died. Changed bulb, etc…, fixed air bag sensor, but the stereo still has speakers that don’t work in the front - although they were working as we left the second day. It was almost another $200 but after I complained about the additional charges they ended up just charging for the signal light fix. The interior roof area also is now leaking - I assume from when they tried to fix the stereo wires. I’m left not feeling confident in the shop’s abilities. I also phoned again stating that the stereo speakers still do not work and my call message was not returned. More

Brought my Acadia in for an oil change. Not only did their thoroughness identify another 2 issues, they were able to fix the issues and get my car back promptly.
