Everything went smoothly. Good communication on recommendations, by text. Invoice work descriptions were concise. Only issue was with shuttle service. I had not received a call back after 30 minutes, so decided to walk the eight km to the dealership. I did get a call back about an hour after returning home. About three hours after my initial call. Drove a hour for a free oil change and was told they were expired. Was then told I had a recall that includes an oil change, but took three hours.
