Happy to be driving my "new" car I was very pleased with the sales department when I came in to look at a vehicle I had seen on the website. From the point that I called Western GMC I was very pleased with the sales department when I came in to look at a vehicle I had seen on the website. From the point that I called Western GMC I felt the service was genuine, not just trying to get the next sale. I was impressed they knew who I was when I came in and had the keys ready for me to test drive. I had a budget that I had to work with and I was impressed how they worked with it and help come up with a plan to reach that budget and get me driving the car. When I came to pick up the car, some things weren't done for it to be ready but that was acknowledged ahead of me seeing the car and as the interior was not cleaned....but she was apologetic and I brought it in another day - no hassle - to have it done. overall they whole experience was very smooth and easy....much appreciated More

No after sales service Reasons for poor review. 1. I paid for undercoating and rock guard to be installed 2 weeks ago still no appointment made. Dave said he would contact Reasons for poor review. 1. I was also promised a full power polish on the truck as upon delivery it was not in pristine condition. 2. During the sale i was under the impression that the truck came with Nav. it only has OnStar Nav which is definitely not the same 3. I expressed to Dave that the ride was rough due to the lift kit and tires, and asked if all the original parts that were removed from the truck were going to be given back to me in case I decided to have the kit removed. I found him to be exceptionally friendly, honest, helpful and he gave me all the information I needed, and then some!
