I really appreciated the relax atmosphere on the Preowned side. My wife and I purchased a 2008 Chevy Malibu from Victor. Victor easy going demeanor was muched welcome from my wife and I. The test drive was very good and Victor was great with our son in the back seat entertaining him. We test drove 2 vehicles in one day and we felt no pressure to make a decision. We asked Victor for his business card. He phoned us to inform us of a sale that was going on. We asked Victor to hold the car for us for a week and he was kind enough to accomodate us. Thanks alot Victor hopefully you sell many cars and trucks to come. Just one note on prepping and having the vehicle ready for pickup by the customer upon the completion of the sale. The customer would be just that much more apprecitive if they take the ownership of their new vehicle and the dealership would fuel the vehicle to full, after all you just made a sale..... Every employee, from the guy moving vehicles who apologized for being in my way to the receptionist gave exception friedly and helpful service. But, above all the rest, Mr. Fred Pawlenchuk was thorough, exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and did not put any kind of pressure whatsoever on my wife and I to buy. What he did do was to clearly and concisely share the merits of the vehicle I eventually bought and gave us lots of time to think it over and make the decision to buy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone as Mr. Pawlenchuk and Westgate Chevrolet are a delightful exception to the harsh, pressure cookers that many other dealerships are. Also, the dealership had put in a new windshield in my truck and the weather stripping came loose after a trip to Calgary. No problem. Fred simply gave me his card, sent me to the glass replacement business and within 15 minutes it was repaired. The price was more than competitive.
