I have dealt with Gary Ball before on the Lease of a Blazer. I approached him because I know him and often visit with him when I visit the Dealership. When the vehicle arrived at the Dealership he arranged the Delivery for us and due too the fact that he was leaving the day of the Delivery he turned the actual delivery and turnover too Stephen Kennedy. We had never met Stephen however we were very pleased with the thoroughness and detail provided on the orientation process! Stephen was most courteous and attentive too all our questions and concerns. The overall experience in acquiring this vehicle was in keeping with our many previous experiences in purchasing and servicing vehicles from this Dealership. I would not consider dealing elsewhere!
