Excellent service on warranty issues. The parts were back-ordered, so they offered me in a rental until the work was completed. The service advisor kept me updated for the duration. Was very disappointed with the service we got when we took our 2018 chav equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation and the tire sensor wasn't working on one of the tires in December . We got the veh took our 2018 chav equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation and the tire sensor wasn't working on one of the tires in December . We got the vehicle back and was told we would have to make another appointment for the sensor which we did for January 10. When we drove away they had disconnected the sensor when they rotated the tires and none of them were working. When we took the equinox back on January 10 we were told we would have to leave the vehicle all day when originally were told they could do it while we waited Took the vehicle to Fountain Tire in Spruce Grove and they got it in and done within an hour. Wasted a lot of time and extra trips to Edmonton so very disappointed with Wolfs service More

I had made a mistake on booking my oil change but they still took me in when I showed up. Also I had a question about my vehicle that didn’t need repairs - I was impressed that they really heard me and ca still took me in when I showed up.
