Nancy was very patient she was not pushy and even when the deal was sealed she went the extra mile to be 100% s dealing with a used car sales person. I have known Doug Nicol since 2003 when he sold me a 2003 Trail Blazer, I came back to him when I was shopping for another vehicle because I had a good experience with him. He demonstrated all the features on this vehicle.He is very friendly and always practices professionalism, he is also patient and does not pressure you into buying.I just bought my 2012 Equinox and I love it. I would come back in future to buy another vehicle from him, and would recommend friends or family to buy a vehicle from him. Doug was extremely knowledgeable about all of the dealer's vehicles, and was able to answer all of my questions about it, plus my wife's, plus my brother's. And we had a lot. He let us talk amongst ourselves when we needed to, and gave me a detailed and very helpful walkthru of the new vehicle when it arrived. Plus made sure it was completely spotless as well. The rest of the staff at the dealership are also just as incredible, always making sure we were taken care of as soon as we walked in, or passing along messages to Doug when we called. Doug is a very knowledgable and personable person . He seems to know what you need before you do . His knowledge of the vehicals is outstanding . He was very helpful suggesting this Vehical and that . Then he said why don't yous take this vehical for a test drive and see what you think. Well low and behold it was exactly what we were lookig for , but there was only one problem it was not the color we wanted, so Doug said let me see if I can find it for you . Not long after Doug calls and says he found the vehical we wanted and had it at the dealership for us, I could hardly believe it, since there was only 2 available in Canada.Thanks Doug you made our experence very enjoyable .
