Doug is a very knowledgable and personable person . He seems to know what you need before you do . His knowledge of the vehicals is outstanding . He was very helpful suggesting this Vehical and that . Then he said why don't yous take this vehical for a test drive and see what you think. Well low and behold it was exactly what we were lookig for , but there was only one problem it was not the color we wanted, so Doug said let me see if I can find it for you . I walked into the show room lookiing to purchase a part for another vehicle and since I have been looking to replace the burban I looked at a new pick up while I was there.
