Purchasing a vehicle is a big decision but the staff at westgate truly made the process simple & put my mind at ease. Here's my story.... I test drove a few Tundras in Calgary & kept an open mind to what the sale guys were telling me but I wanted to see what was being sold across Alberta. I came across the Tundra at westgate & called about it. Thats where I met Nancy over the phone. She was super helpful in answering my questions & one was, could my sister test drive the truck since she lives in St. Albert. To my surprise, Nancy said she would take the truck to my sister. Nancy arranged it all with my sister and while I was at work in Calgary, the truck was being test driven in St. Albert. Amazing!! I needed to think about it for a bit but Nancy kept in touch with me via email to keep me informed about any activity with the truck. I decided to make the purchase & after a short but funny conversation with Colin, the deal was made. Nancy then made sure we had all the info taken care of & passed me onto Katherine who was just as easy to talk to. I made my journey to Edmonton on a saturday & unfortunately I didn't get to meet Nancy or Colin but Katherine got all the paperwork together & I was soon heading out with grant to see my "new to me" Tundra. I couldn't believe it when Grant was giving me an orientation to it....this truck had more in it & on it than I even knew about!! There were even gifts for me in the truck! 2013 was a very tough year for me (and I'm not a whiner) but I had tears in my eyes as to how good these folks had been to me during this entire purchase!! I'm hoping to get back to Edmonton on a weekday so I can also meet Nancy & Colin. Both of these people definately know how to treat a customer but also treat you like a friend! More

As soon as you go inside there is nothing but friendly fantastic people to assist you. I personally dealt with Mark Thompson and he was amazing. He wasn't the normal pushy salesman, nothing but great service from him. I would recommend anyone to go see him. I also dealt with Sherri Hughes and also thought she was great. She was kind, informative and kept on top of everything while helping me purchase my suv. Both of them made my first new vehicle purchase a good experience. Even though I didn't deal with any other sales people anyone that came into contact with me was amazing. They all smiled or chatted me up or congratulated me on my new ride. Any single one of them would have been awesome to deal with. I recommend westgate to anyone wanting great service and a chevy. More

I met with Nancy early on a cold morning and found her to be a very warm and friendly person. She was empathic to my situation. She took the time over coffee to chat with me, putting me at ease. We decided to test drive the Orlando first. She spent a considerable amount of time explaining to me where everything was and how it worked prior to the test drive. I was very impressed as you should know where everything is prior to driving off the lot. The test drive went well and I chose to purchase the vehicle. Nancy introduced me to Katharine Kabaroff who is just as awesome as Nancy is. She expedited the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Nancy returned a couple of times to see how I was doing. Both ladies were terrific. They wanted to make the new car purchase experience as pleasant as possible and to expedite the process so that I could be on my way the same day with my new vehicle, which I was. Not only did they supply great customer service, but they were empathic and understanding as to what I had been through. I was back a couple of days later as I had a question about my vehicle and Nancy took the time to assist me and went so far as to ask the Service Manager to assist. Now that's customer service! In all the years I have been dealing with staff (in different areas) at Westgate Chevrolet I have received the ultimate in customer service and friendliness. Which is why I am a returning customer. I went to Westgate to purchase what was the lowest priced vehicle in their inventory, a 2005 Tahoe. Most dealers simply wholesale such older vehicles. For such a low priced vehicle, I was treated as if I was vehicle in their inventory, a 2005 Tahoe. Most dealers simply wholesale such older vehicles. For such a low priced vehicle, I was treated as if I was purchasing a much more expensive vehicle. This impressed me a great deal, as I am sure that Westgate made very little money on this sale. I was taken care of like I was buying a late model Corvette, not an almost 10 year old SUV. Well done! More
