Excellent service from the body shop and management team. Initially my four year old buick had some internal rust coming through the driver's panel and trunk cover... I figured this would be covered by warranty... not as simple as this and they did not want to cover it. The manager could tell this was not typical "wear and tear" and dealt with the warranty department for me. Anyone who has had to deal with a warranty department can understand how frustrating and daunting this can be. He managed to get me a fair deal. The service repair from the body shop was great! Unfortunately, a hail storm went through right after the repair... the body shop team went to work and fixed all the damage. They took care of the details of having the rental car from my insurance arranged to make things run smoother for me. I appreciated the great customer care!! More
