I honestly went into buying a car thinking dealerships would always be forceful and try and rush everything. However dealing with Brian at this dealership was extremely easy. With everything going on due would always be forceful and try and rush everything. However dealing with Brian at this dealership was extremely easy. With everything going on due to the Covid-19 virus, he was very understanding with our hesitation around going to edmonton. He also provided us with a good option for holding the car until we got the chance to see the car. After we decided to purchase he also personally delivered the car to our front door 2 hours out of Edmonton. He never opposed anything we asked and even checked small insignificant details that we were wondering about (example. After my research on the car, he went out to the car to look at the grill to check and see if there was a signature lighting package on the grill) this detail had no effect on our decision to purchase yet he still went out of his way to turn the car on, turn on the lights and get out to look at it. Needless to say he was very helpful and was a key player in our decision to purchase. I would definitely consider Brian as one of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve had to deal with looking at cars. I couldn’t find Brian on the list of people but I’d rate him 6/5 stars, friendliness 5/5, customer service 5/5 and pricing 5/5 More
