I have been taking my vehicle to Westgate Chevrolet since 2004. Previously Wayne has looked after all my repairs, but since he is off work right now, Bruce looked after my current issues. He arranged for me to bring my vehicle in the shop on short notice & had my problems diagnosed within hours. I was not happy with the report but he was very gentle delivering the news. Bruce is very knowledgeable & a good representative of Westgate. I would recommend him as your service agent in a heartbeat. More

Had a DVD replaced on the wife's suburban and the tech swapped the DVD heads with our remote stored inside accidentally. I called fully expecting a dreadful experience from past run-ins with dealerships f swapped the DVD heads with our remote stored inside accidentally. They quickly replaced it, put batteries in it and had me on my way feeling great that I found a dealer I can trust moving forward. More
