Arrived 5 minutes early for my 8:30 appointment. Was first in line on my side as I pulled up indoors to the front of the bay. Duane then came to my vehicle with a warm greeting and apologized for the delay. He assured me that we would be contacted when the cause of our issue was diagnosed which he did. Our vehicle was ready as per agreed time. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable about our bill. My experience was very positive and we were happy that we returned to Westgate for repairs. More

I bought my car there in 2012 and have been satisfied with the service I get!! I had a recall and when I phoned about it they booked me in as soon as I could do it!! She made a few phone calls, then got the manager to go find my paperwork and keys. He was so accommodating and he even warmed up my truck.
