I have always had a good experience when dealing with this dealership. I have driven GMs for 30 years. I have gone to this dealership for oil changes for years. Today I needed to replace my front bum this dealership. I have driven GMs for 30 years. I have gone to this dealership for oil changes for years. Today I needed to replace my front bumper deflector. They misunderstood me and also repainted my hitch cover. Since it was their mistake they didn't charge me for this. That is about a 300.00 savings for me. I was told by Allstate Insurance to bring my car to Westgate Chevrolet to be fixed. I spoke to Nathan the Manager and he helped me out though the whole process and answering all my questions. The Estimate was quick and he even booked me a rental. Once all my parts arrived he called and booked me in for repairs . He said that it would take about 4 days to finish repairs. 2 Days later i got a phone call that my vehicle was ready to go. I was amazed by the quick service that i was provided.
