There was some work that had to be done before we could take delivery so GSL went above and beyond during our recent purchase of a leased back SRX. There was some work that had to be done before we could take delivery so they put us in a new Cadillac XT5 loaner. Once we took delivery they took us through all the bells and whistles. Fantastic! Have taken my car in twice for the same issue Have take my car into this dealership twice for a very obvious and vicious steering wheel shake. Both times my car has to be left for more then 24 hou Have take my car into this dealership twice for a very obvious and vicious steering wheel shake. Both times my car has to be left for more then 24 hours. Each time I paid a bill of 700-800 $ and both times was returned the car with confidence the shake was gone. Both times I drove the car the shake was obviously not gone. They had never taken the car to highway speeds to even test it. But yet charged me 150 two spectate times for the Test drive. Will not be returning to this dealership. Have spent thousands on my car. And to get it back with not even the tire pressure topped up or even the grease prints wiped off the interior. I feel like I got ripped off and then drive my shaky car away from the lot again. Terrible feeling. Not wanting to even call and return again. More
