A new customer drives in, and after being told to park, re-engaged her vehicle to inch forward and runs into my vehicle. Dealership told me they buffed it out. But damage remains. Visible damage, the car is black, it cant be buffed out. No manager calls. No apologies from anyone including the customer. And I get to drive around a damaged vehicle. When doing the same at another dealer for a different vehicle I was given a runaround and wrongly sent to Alberta registries (Where they also did not know the process). All because this dealer didn't know how to acquire or process the inspection certificate for a vehicle going out of province (I found out and had to explain it to them). This experience at the other dealer left me with a real appreciation for the knowledgeable, helpful and professional staff at Edmonton Motors/Wolfe Cadillac. More
