It caught my attention because it had been produced with a personal touch that included my name and the current vehicle that I have that may be traded. I was interested in the new 2018 Equinox and with the prices I noticed online was a possibility for purchase. The staff I dealt with through management, sales and finance were all fantastic to deal with. The sales offered that I take the demo overnight so that my wife would have an opportunity to drive and experience the vehicle. That was the convincing test drive that helped to close the sale. We have never been offered a test drive like that at any other dealership before. It gives you more than 5 minutes to decide on a vehicle and ultimately a purchase in this case.
