Belated review but Zach deserves recognition. I was interested in buying a low mileage used Cadillac XTS. I shopped around and ended up waiting hours to get a quote on my trade only to be disappointed interested in buying a low mileage used Cadillac XTS. Zach gets to work and tries to help but I let him know I'm resigned to selling my trade privately so no worries. He asks if we would allow him a shot at earning our business and I sat "sure but you have 5 minutes to get me the number" He gets back to me and I am happy to say offered a respectable trade value. I'm now driving this smart 2018 XTS and loving it. I've been back for 1 recall and two oil changes and every visit has been fantastic. Great place to shop. Highly recommended. More

I had previously submitted a good review of the dealership. This primarily was due to the pressure exerted during the deal, and me feeling a bad, yet more accurate review would lead to further diff dealership. As the deal is now done and I have no intention of returning it’s a moot point. Sales still employ the time honoured, “good cop, bad cop” approach, with your sales person, “working hard for you” against the dastardly manager. This lead not only to a ridiculous and lengthy haggle, it also lead to the attempted under hand inclusion of $1800 in expel protection. Funnily enough finance were adamant this was not even added to the car. I was promised a certificate confirming its addition to the car, which then strangely was not forthcoming. I’m convinced it’s not present, and this was just an attempt to claw back money. When I picked the car up I discovered rock damage to the front. I can’t be certain it was not there on the test drive, and it’s a demo, so partly used. I bring this up the following day and am dismissed with, well, it’s a demo. 1 day in and they are washing their hands of me. Before this I had a Lexus. The seat felt hard and I complained. They replaced the, entire, seat. I wish i had gone back. More
