As it turned out, you had what I was looking for, more or less, so rather than drag out my car search for days, I went with YOUR sales rep and bought a Tucson from him. I found out that I was Sofia Neves's first customer! I was pleased by her friendliness, overall knowledge of the sales end of things and especially her 'like we've known each other for years' personality! Lovely! and refreshing! Sofia was very forthcoming about things I needed to know, she explained the process to me and spent a great deal of time trying to help me out with the added insurance coverage I was looking for. I was amazed with their friendly staff and great customer service. I ended up buying 2 cars from this dealership. The sales consultant Yemi and sales manager Tav were very friendly, caring and overall experience was excellent. Their finance manager Sofia Neves went in to details and was very thorough with the paperwork. She was a great help. I also got the chance to meet Ian(General Sales Manager) and he gave me good price for my trade ins and very good prices on their vehicles. I am very satisfied with this dealership. Great work guys. He Cares & a Money Wiz Purchasing a new car can be overwhelming. Lots of choices, lots of money and lots of decisions. I chose a Forte Koup (which BTW I absolutely love!) I chose a Forte Koup (which BTW I absolutely love!) and the next day I had some questions about the final price of my car and all the additional levees, taxes, fees, financing, and where the car would have to be brought in from - I must admit I was quite confused (and ok maybe a little sticker shock set in) so I emailed Ian and asked for some clarification. He promptly replied to my email and I followed up with a phone call to him. My first reaction to our conversation was, 'Wow, this guy genuinely cares and loves the company he works for!' Ian cared about me as a customer and also about the image of the company he represents. He clearly believed in the product which reassured me that I made the right choice. When my car arrived and I went to pick it up I met with Sophia to go over all the financial details. She had been informed by Ian that I had some questions about financing options. She was prepared with all the answers! She went up and down and sideways to juggle the options, calculate interest, and come up with an option that was right specifically for ME. Again, I found myself talking to someone who loves what they do and believes in the company they work for. I swear I can feel the quality of workmanship and dedication it took to develop, build and (I hope) service my car partly because these 2 individuals in particular, set the tone for what I could (& should) expect from my beautiful new car. I gotta a whole lota car! More

After 8 hours with Vic and staff and test driving the Sorento AWD V6 models we purchased a Loaded KIA Sorento EX V6 AWD with sun roof. We are very happy with our purchase and the staff at Winnipeg KIA as we shopped around at various other dealers (Ford, Honda, Nissan and another KIA dealer in Winnipeg) and they gave us the best service and price. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new vehicle. More

I had never considered purchasing a Kia, however when I test drove the Forte SX I was blown away by the features and driving experience. I would recommend him to anyone as a salesperson as he did not try and hide any numbers, wasn't pushy whatsoever, and was very easy to get along with. As well when I brought in my vehicle to get the command start installed, Yemi personally drove me back to work instead of pawning me off on a shuttle driver. He really went the extra mile to maintain my level of satisfaction for the dealership as well as for himself as a salesperson. Once Yemi had closed the sale, I was working with Cam to go over the contract and other information. He was very thorough in his descriptions of all the options that were available, and did not push any extended warranty, insurance, or vehicle protection plans on me. He offered me his personal contact information for anytime that I would need assistance, and was overall a very friendly person. More
